How much does it cost?

Your only upfront fee is 10% of one full month’s rent to list your property.

 

Management of the Property

We are on call 24 hours/7 days a week.  We can handle the rent, problems, maintenance and repairs.

 

Marketing of your Property

We list your property on several websites as well as on www.kenlie.com.  We respond immediately, 7 days a week, to get your property rented.

 

Property Viewing

We show your property to prospective tenants and market all of the features and benefits of your property.  We stay with the prospects through out the walk through and never let the prospects out of our site.  We keep good records of who we have shown the properties to and when and follow-up to stay on top of the lead.

 

Screening

We screen ALL RENTAL APPLICANTS.  We check their rental history, their credit history and do criminal searches.  The screening fees are paid by the applicant so there is no out of pocket expenses to you as the investor.  We comply with the Fair Credit Reporting Act to make sure tenants are handled fairly and their rights are respected.
